WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We believe in what we make and think you will too so we happily offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for all of our products.
If you weren’t quite in love with something, we are happy to exchange it for something else or refund you in full to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping charges) within the 90-day period.
HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’re sorry that your OrcaSong Botanicals product wasn’t quite right for you. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange and we’ll help you get it back to us.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot cover the cost of your return but promise that we will help in any way we can.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to return to your account once processed. PayPal payments will take up to 2 days to process.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Whoops! If you have received an item that was not on your order, sorry about that! Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get your rightful product to you ASAP!
HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURNS SLIP.

OrcaSong Botanicals currently ship everywhere in the United States. Yippee! We are working on the rest of the world…
TELL ME HOW IT WORKS.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed the following day). We are a growing business so we appreciate your patience. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We post all of our orders under USPS Priority Postage and have a flat rate postage cost of $8.00.
Our Response to the Covid-19 crisis.
We are experiencing a high volume of orders right now, especially for our Lavender Hand Sanitizer, so shipments will be delayed. Processing of all Hand Sanitizer orders is currently running up to 2 weeks behind. We sincerely apologize for that!
We are working hard for you here on the farm to get your products to you as quickly as we can. Once your order is shipped, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

I’VE PLACED MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?
Once you’ve placed your order online you will receive a confirmation email from us. Next up, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
We’re sorry that happened but OrcaSongBotanicals.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
